I'm about a 80% coach and a 20% teacher. When I'm coaching you, I'm facilitating your answers through the coaching conversation. When you find your answers, they are sustainable solutions. When our two minds are present in session together, your answers gradually start illuminating. Either one of us might see it first. When I'm teaching, I'm drawing down on experience and education that nicely complements your specific situation.

What is the refund policy?If you pay all upfront and you're not happy with the progress after 2 sessions, I'll refund the difference

How much time will I need to allocate?Outside of coaching sessions, allow 20 minutes per day for exercises and up to 1 hour to complete a workbook in between sessions

Can I opt for coaching sessions only without the extras?Yes, the above programmes are recommended but you can purchase a pack of coaching sessions only

Do you work within my timezone?Yes, I coach between the following hours: Tuesday - Thursday 9am-8pm (GMT) Friday 9am - 5pm (GMT) Saturdays 9am - 2pm (GMT) This covers afternoon and evening across Asia and morning and afternoon across the Americas
