Join this beginner-friendly introduction to breathwork, designed for busy professionals who feel switched on mentally but overstimulated internally.

You’ll experience first-hand how rhythmic, conscious breathing can quickly reduce stress, quiet mental noise, and restore a sense of clarity.

The session includes a guided breathwork experience inspired by Wim Hof–style and Conscious Connected Breathwork. Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more energised. Here’s how it'll run:

10 mins – intro & demo

45 mins – guided session (it moves fast)

5 mins – closing + Q&A Headphones recommended.
